<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat shielding ceramics coating having high heat insulation performance, also having excellent heat cycle resistance, and having high reliability, and to provide a high temperature component-mounted system using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The heat shielding ceramics coating 3 includes: an oxide ceramics part 30 for heat conduction suppression provided at the central part; a surface side laminated structural part 31 formed at the surface side of the oxide ceramics part 30 for heat conduction suppression and having a laminated structure containing an oxide layer whose melting point is higher than that of the oxide ceramics part 30 for heat conduction suppression; and a base material side laminated structural part 32 formed at the side of the base material 1 than the oxide ceramics part 30 for heat conduction suppression and having a laminated structure containing an oxide layer whose melting point is lower than that of the oxide ceramics part 30 for heat conduction suppression. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
