<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna component that prevents disconnection of an antenna due to an external force and achieves a noncontact data sender/receiver with excellent long-term durability, having a wide directivity for reading/writing while directly stuck to a metallic component, and covering long reading/writing distances, and to provide a noncontact data sender/receiver therewith. <P>SOLUTION: The antenna component 11 includes a low dielectric constant substrate 12, a first sheet conductor 13 provided on one side 12a of the low dielectric constant substrate 12, a second sheet conductor 14 provided on the other side 12b of the low dielectric constant substrate 12, and a third conductor 15 connecting the first conductor 13 to the second conductor 14. The first conductor 13 and the second conductor 14 face each other across the low dielectric constant substrate 12.
