<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe-lining material and method, which allows a pipe-lining construction to be carried out in a simple manner in a short period of time, and also allows the cost of the construction to be reduced and pipe-lining workmanship to be improved. <P>SOLUTION: The pipe-lining material 1 includes: a pipe-shaped resin absorbent material 101 impregnated with a liquid curable resin; and a tube 102 which covers the pipe-shaped resin absorbent material, and can be removed from the pipe-shaped resin absorbent material. The curable resin impregnated into the pipe-shaped resin absorbent material is cured while pressing the pipe-lining material against the inner circumferential surface of an existing pipe 10, and the tube with which the pipe-shaped resin absorbent material of the pipe-lining material is covered is removed from the pipe-shaped resin absorbent material after the curable resin impregnated in the pipe-shaped resin absorbent material is cured, such that the surface of the pipe-shaped resin absorbent material 101 including the cured resin serves as a rehabilitated inner circumferential surface of the existing pipe. The inner circumferential surface of the existing pipe is a cured firm resin surface and, therefore, the inner circumferential surface is prevented from becoming rough and the roughness coefficient of the rehabilitated inner circumferential surface of the existing pipe can be minimized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
