PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to make a response, when the user's own house is called from a collective entrance unit, even while the user visits another house. SOLUTION: An IP portable terminal 5 is connected to each living-room master unit 2 via an IP conversion adapter 6, an SIP server 7 and a wireless LAN router 8 to communicate with each other. A control unit 3 includes an ID correspondence table storage section 21, in which a house ID is associated with ID information of each IP portable terminal, and the IP conversion adapter 6 includes a communicable terminal storage section 25 for storing an ID of the IP portable terminal 5 disposed in a communication area of the wireless LAN router 8. The SIP server 7 includes a terminal ID table storage section 26 in which IDs of IP portable terminals 5 installed in all the houses are registered. In the control unit 3, information of an IP portable terminal ID to be called is added to a calling signal from a collective entrance unit 1 and when receiving this calling signal, the living-room master unit 2 performs call control that is different between the case in which a called destination is the IP portable terminal 5 that belongs to the user's own house and the case in which the called destination is the IP portable terminal 5 that does not belong thereto.
