PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make possible the indication of the graph of the relationship between the press-fitting pressure and a filling height of concrete 4 in fine-time splitting even when the filling height of the concrete 4 cannot be measured in real time in fine-time splitting during the press fitting of the concrete 4 into a steel pipe pole 2 from the bottom. SOLUTION: In the construction method of the steel pipe concrete pole, when the steel pipe concrete pole is constructed by press fitting the concrete pole 4 from the bottom of the steel pipe pole 2, the press-fitting pressure of the concrete 4 and the filling height of the concrete 4 in the steel pipe pole 2 are measured. Then the press fitting of the concrete 4 is performed while plotting and displaying the relationship between the measurement value of the press-fitting pressure and the measurement value of the filling height on the display means 35. The value of the filling height of the concrete with respect to the measurement time Tn of the measurement value Pn of the press-fitting pressure is determined by an interpolation method or an extrapolation method by using the measurement values Ha, Hb of the filling height of the concrete which have been measured at the time Ta and the time Tb respectively.
