PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for humidifying a cut flower and a sheet-like humidifier for the cut flower, which prevent sewage quality from degrading caused by dissolving of a chemical agent in water in a flower vase, is inexpensive and easy to use, and can prolong the cut-flower life. SOLUTION: A first lockable projection 12 formed at one lengthwise end of a water retainable sheet 11 is locked in a locking slit 13 formed in the other lengthwise end, thereby setting up the sheet-like humidifier 10. This humidifier 10 is brought into contact with the cut flowers 16 and inserted in a flower vase 15. This prevents sewage quality from degrading when a conventional agent for prolonging cut-flower life is used. Thus, the life of the cut flower 16 can be prolonged at a low cost by simply setting up the sheet-like humidifier 10. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
