PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation structure of a scraper device in a vibration roller for restraining flapping of a blade and promotion of abrasion of the blade to a surface of a rolling wheel. SOLUTION: A vibration tire roller is provided by installing a tire T and a vibration mechanism for vibrating this tire T in a frame 7 of a rear vehicle body 5 via vibration control rubber 8. The scraper device 11 having a blade 12 and a tension coil spring 23 for energizing so as to press the blade 12 to a surface of the tire T, is installed on a member on the unsprung mass side more than the vibration control rubber 8, for example, on a tire support bracket 9 arranged outside an outside surface of the tire T.
