<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for measuring a shaft power of a low torque small power engine such as a small model sterling engine or a small DC motor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A dynamometer for a low torque small power engine easily adjust shaft friction force by adjusting tension of a slide string 3 in Fig.1 and a diameter ratio of a flywheel 4 to a pulley 8 to determine torque generated with a rod by measuring a rotary angle of a torque measurement rod 1 so as to be converted into shaft torque generated with the power engine.
