<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress transmission of vibration of a guide rail to a living room. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The elevator facility includes a pair of guide rails 1 extended in a vertical direction and arranged in parallel at the mutual interval along a hoistway wall surface 20a, and a rail bracket 2 for connecting the guide rails 1 to the hoistway wall surface 20a. The rail bracket 2 is attached to the pair of the guide rails 1 in an almost identical position vertically. A pair of the rail brackets 2 is mutually connected by a connection rod 8. A tension generating means is provided on both ends of the connection rod 8 so as to apply the prescribed tension in the direction to which the connected rail brackets 2 are approached with each other.
