PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation sheet which can be suitably used for insulation, or the like, between the core and winding coils or between winding coils of a rotating electrical machine and which has excelling slide properties and improved breakage resistance. SOLUTION: The insulation sheet is made, by pasting together paper-like sheets 2 themselves which are formed using all aromatic polyamide fiber via a resin composition 1 of aromatic polyamide system. Since the paper-like sheets have a lower elastic modulus than that of the resin composition, excelling slide properties are imparted, and breakage resistance is improved.
