PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzing device having a structure capable of being miniaturized. SOLUTION: Since the analyzing device is constituted so that a capillary flow channel (37) is provided on the way of overflow cavities (29a and 29b) so as to cross the flow direction of the excessive diluting liquid going toward a reference measuring chamber (29c) and the excessive diluting liquid of the overflow cavities (29a and 29b) gets over the capillary flow channel (37) by centrifugal force to flow into the chamber (29c), the diluted sample solution diluted into a mixing cavity (39) is transferred toward a measuring spot through the capillary flow channel (37).
