PURPOSE: A molten steel control device, which controls the speed and direction of the molten steel which is tapping is provided to extend the service life of a ladle by preventing the corrosion of ladle side refractory. CONSTITUTION: A molten steel control device comprises a molten metal conveying bucket, a guide(110), a fixing member and a supporting frame(120). The guide is fixed to a steel-tapping hole(40) of the molten metal conveying bucket. The flow path is formed on the top of the guide. The guide controls speed and direction of the molten steel discharged from the molten metal conveying bucket. The fixing member is fixed to the steel-tapping hole of the molten metal conveying bucket. The supporting frame is installed between the fixing member and guide. The guide is supported with the supporting frame. A cover frame(111) and refractory are formed with the guide. |
