PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely support a hollow rotor shaft so that it does not move to a shaft direction while the rotor shaft is arranged on an outer side of a gearbox input shaft, in a rotor shaft supporting structure of an electric motor. SOLUTION: The hollow rotor shaft 23 which is concentrically arranged with the input shaft 32, bearings 74 and 75 supporting the rotor shaft 23 to a casing 10, and a regulation member 80 regulating movement of the rotor shaft 23 to the shaft direction, are disposed on a periphery of the input shaft 32 of a gearbox 4 supported by the casing 10.
