PURPOSE: A coffin and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify a manufacturing process by forming a plywood plate in a box shape using a pair of presses. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a coffin is as follows. Multiple corrugated cardboards are cut. Plywood plates(4) are cut in a uniform size. The cut plywood plates are pressed using a pair of presses(9) with a box-shaped frame. The pressed plywood plates are formed in a box shape. The edge parts of the bottom surface(10) of the plywood plate are vertically bent upward to form side surfaces(11,11a,11b,11c). |
