PURPOSE: A producing method of willemite using a geopolymer is provided to simply produce the willemite without using an expensive device or raw materials, at low temperature. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of willemite using a geopolymer comprises the following steps: obtaining amorphous zinc silicate gel by mixing 25~50wt% of sodium silicate solution with the pH over 13, and 50~75wt% of zinc salt solution by stirring; and washing and drying the amorphous zinc silicate gel before heat-treating at 900~1,000 deg C. Zinc salt from the zinc salt solution contains zinc nitrate, zinc sulfate, zinc chloride, and zinc alkoxide. |
