PURPOSE: A mixed grain composition for enhancement of recognition capability is provided to improve recognition capability with a high content of GABA, and to improve good mouth-feel with optimized combination of the natural grains. CONSTITUTION: A mixed grain composition for brain-derived neurotrophic factors comprises non-glutinous rice 22 ~ 44 weight%, non-glutinous germinated brown rice 19 ~ 38 weight%, germinated glutinous brown rice 12 ~ 24 weight%, nonglutinous rice black 2 ~ 4 weight%, kidney bean 8 ~ 16 weight% and walnut 3 ~ 6 weight% etc. The kidney beans is puffed to contain a moisture of 6 ~ 11% with a puffing machine.
