CARD SETTLEMENT METHOD FOR PROVIDING DISCOUNT BASED ON RESERVE POINT AND SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A card payment method for providing discount using reserve point and a system thereof are provided to enable a user to conveniently use a discount service anywhere by applying the service even though the user did not applied the discount service at a payment point which sales is occurred. CONSTITUTION: A transaction DB stores previous approved card transaction details according to the receive payment approval request from a member shop terminal. A reserve DB stores information related to reserve given to a user. A service register(13) receives reserve discount service request about fixed card transaction detail. The service register stores the information to a transaction detail DB after matching service applying information according to a service with the card transaction detail. A claim handling unit(14) operates claim process about payment amount of the card transaction detail.
