BIOMARKER FOR EXTRINSIC TYPE ATOPIC DERMATITIS

PURPOSE: A marker for used in treating or/and diagnosing extrinsic atopic dermatitis is provided to detect a factor causing atopic dermatitis. CONSTITUTION: A marker for diagnosing extrinsic gene is various gene, protein encoded by gene; or various SNP(single nucleotide polymorphism). A biochip for diagnosing extrinsic atopic dermatitis to mRNA obtained from the marker gene; an oligonucleotide having a sequence which is complementary to 5-500 nucleotide sequence; an antibody for detecting protein encoded by the gene; and a probe for detecting SNAPP.
