<p>The invention relates to the field of engineering and may be utilized in metal working, instrument engineering, machine-tool engineering and the tool industry. A device for the treatment of parts comprises a resonance working chamber and, mounted on one of the walls thereof in the upper part, an additional chamber, designed to allow the cavity thereof to be connected to a source of compressed air and connected to the cavity of the working chamber by means of a slot nozzle. A plate is mounted at the level of the slot nozzle in such a way as to be capable of moving in a reciprocating motion relative to the slot nozzle for the purpose of regulating the frequency of the vibrations produced by the plate. A second additional chamber is mounted on the wall of the working chamber in the upper part and is designed to allow the cavity thereof to be connected to a source of compressed air and is connected to the cavity of the resonance chamber by means of an additional slot nozzle, at the level of which an additional plate is mounted to create acoustic vibrations in the chamber with the possibility of reciprocating motion relative to this nozzle for the purpose of regulating the frequency of the vibrations produced by the plate. The cavity of the working chamber is divided by partitions into a central and two outer sections, and the cavity of each of the additional chambers communicates with the cavity of one of the outer sections. The plates are mounted along one of the sides thereof to the wall of the working chamber, and along the parallel side to the partition of the corresponding outer section formed by a wall of the working chamber and a partition wall. The invention provides for an improvement in the operational characteristics of the parts and tools treated, as well as improved wear resistance and treatment process productivity.</p> |
