PURPOSE: A rotary apparatus is provided to improve the safety of a cooling operation by preventing the flow of a coolant to the core of a stator or a rotor using a sealant. CONSTITUTION: The core of a stator includes a plurality of flow paths for a coolant(144). A rotor is formed in the core of the stator. The flow path for the coolant is formed to the columnar direction of the core of the stator. A fluid pipe(142) for supplying the coolant is formed along the longitudinal direction of the core of the stator. One end of the flow path for the coolant is an inlet for fluid. The other end of the flow path for the coolant is an output for the fluid. The inlet and the outlet for the fluid are connected with the fluid pipe.
