<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise caused by a vibrational wave transmitted on the wall surface of a cylindrical structure. <P>SOLUTION: A nacelle as a vibration source is connected to a strut 110, and the strut 110 includes a first portion 130 arranged on the side of the nacelle and a second portion 140 angularly connected to the first portion 130. In the strut 110, at least a part of the wave transmitted from the nacelle is reflected to the side of the nacelle by the base-side end 132b of the firs portion 130.
