PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage method, a storage device and a transportation method for hydrate, capable of suppressing decomposition of the hydrate during storage and transportation and of efficiently storing and transporting the hydrate. SOLUTION: The atmosphere of a storage tank 11 in which the hydrate is stored or the atmosphere of the storage tank 11 and the hydrate are circulated. This can preserve the hydrate within the storage tank 11 in uniform temperature conditions, suppress the decomposition of the hydrate, and efficiently and economically transport the hydrate.
