PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new seal structure used under a high temperature condition such as a gas turbine and excellent in its abrasion characteristics, heat insulation and sealing characteristics. SOLUTION: The seal structure is formed with two opposed members and a ceramics layer having a bubble structure on a surface is used as an abradable coating. Between the abradable coating layer made of ceramics having the bubble structure and a base member, a bed layer made of an anticorrosion and oxidation resistant alloy and a thermal insulation layer made of a porous ceramic layer are provided from the base member side. The ceramics having the bubble structure includes any one or more selected from among ZrO<SB>2</SB>, Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, and SiO<SB>2</SB>, and a porosity is located within a range of 50 to 90%. In such a structure, the seal structure having the excellent abrasion characteristics and the heat insulation can be realized even under the high temperature condition.
