PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical interferometer achieving temperature stability of a phase. SOLUTION: The optical interferometer includes: a first branch part for branching input light at least into a first branched light and a second branched light; a second branch part for branching the input light at least into a third branched light and a fourth branched light; a first interference part for causing interference between the first branched light and the third branched light; and a second interference part for causing interference between the second branched light and the fourth branched light. An optical path length difference between two interference lines constituting the first interference part and an optical path length difference between two interference lines constituting the second interference part are fixed with respect to a temperature change in each interference line.
