PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic refrigerating device and system, reducing input power by reducing power sources and improving refrigerating efficiency. SOLUTION: This magnetic refrigerating device and system is provided with: a heat exchange container filled with magnetic particles having magnetocaloric effect; a magnetic field applying/removing mechanism for applying and removing magnetic field to the magnetic particles by relative motion of magnet and the heat exchange container; a low temperature side heat exchange part disposed at one end side of the heat exchange container; a high temperature side heat exchange part disposed at the other end side of the heat exchange container; and a liquid refrigerant moving mechanism forming a heat transport refrigerant flow flowing from one end side to the other end side or in the reverse direction in the heat exchange container by mechanically transmitting positional change of the magnet or the heat exchange container.
