<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protecting film peeling device capable of easily peeling a protecting film. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The protecting film peeling device 1 pastes an adhesive tape on the protecting film 105 by a first peeling means 2 so as to include at least a part of the end part of the protecting film 105, and after applying outward tension with respect to the surface of the protecting film 105 to the adhesive tape, the protecting film peeling device 1 starts peeling the protecting film 105.
