PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash wheel device wherein a sash wheel and a retaining member are prevented from oscillating in the indoor-outdoor direction and operation of activating and inactivating the retaining member can be easily executed. SOLUTION: The sash wheel device includes a body case 2 attached in a sill 1 and a sash wheel 3, the retaining member 4 and a slide bar 5 incorporated in the body case, and the sash wheel includes a roller 6 and a roller case 7. The slide bar can be freely moved along the sill, and includes a door stop 9 protruding from the body case and the side end of the sill and an operation part 10 inserted in the body case. The operation part restricts oscillation in the state of accommodating the retaining member in the body case when the slide bar is drawn out, lifts the restriction on the oscillation when the slide bar is pushed inside, and is constantly arranged in contact with the side face of the retaining member and the roller case. The retaining member 4 is swung downward by an urging member 8 to get into engagement with a sill rail by pushing the door stop to push the slide bar 5 inside when a screen door is totally fitted.
