<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die device for forming an offset fin stably and at high speed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The device is a die device for forming the offset fin on a sheet material 1 to be worked by conveying the sheet material 1 to be worked in a fixed direction in the press machine 4 and has a preliminarily bending part 50 for forming waveform on the sheet material 1 to be worked, and offset cutting part 60 which is arranged on the downstream side in the conveying direction of the sheet material 1 to be worked in the preliminarily bending part 50 and cutting an opposite slope of the slope of the waveform of the sheet material 1 to be worked in zigzag and an offset fin forming part 70 which is arranged on the downstream side in the conveying direction of the sheet material 1 to be worked in the offset cutting part 60 and by which the offset fin is formed on the sheet material 1 to be worked.
