PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a size of a conductive section C may prevent miniaturization of a light-emitting panel 100 (light-emitting device) corresponding to compactness of an electronic device at the present time. SOLUTION: A cathode electrode 9e is downsized while maintaining the size of the light-emitting range R as a display range since a plurality of conductive sections 29 divided to lessen each size so as to narrow a cathode electrode 9e section projecting from the light-emitting range R are arranged along an edge of the light-emitting range R in an EL panel 1, and the EL panel 1 is miniaturized in response to the miniaturized cathode electrode 9e.
