摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain determination accuracy relating to the reduction in the air pressure of a tire of a vehicle even when the tire is changed to one having a characteristic different from a genuine tire. SOLUTION: A normal state learning part 32 performs learning by correlating a vehicle speed detected by a vehicle speed sensor 21 with an evaluation index derived by an evaluation index deriving part 31 in such a state that the air pressure of a tire T is adjusted to a predetermined recommended air pressure, while an excessive state learning part 33 performs learning by correlating a vehicle speed detected by a vehicle speed sensor 21 with an evaluation index derived by an evaluation index deriving part 31 in such a state that the air pressure of the tire T is adjusted to a predetermined excessive air pressure that is higher than the recommended air pressure. An air pressure reduction monitoring part 35 monitors the reduction in the air pressure of the tire T based on a vehicle speed detected by the vehicle speed sensor 21 and an evaluation index derived by an evaluation index deriving part 31 during normal traveling of a vehicle 11 by referring to the learning result by the normal state learning part 32 and the result by the excessive state learning part 33.
