SPIRAL TUBE HEATER WITH TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spiral tube heater with a temperature measurement function, which is so composed as to heat a conduit such as a pipe and a hose, and is also capable of measuring the temperature. SOLUTION: A long and narrow heating means (14) is laminated and integrated between the first tape material (11) and the second tape material (12) respectively made of a heat-resistant resin to form a sheet-like a tape body (17). The sheet-like tape body is formed in a spiral coil shape to make a spiral pipe heater have flexibility capable of stretching in the axis direction and capable of expansion and contraction in the radius direction. Then, the tape body (17) is formed while a third tape material (13) made of a heat-resistant resin are laminated and integrated while a temperature measurement means (16) that is composed of a thermocouple (15) is arranged on either of the first tape material (11) and the second tape material (12).
