PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for inkjet recording which securely cures and fixes ink according to a recording state of ultraviolet curable ink. SOLUTION: The device 1 for inkjet recording is provided with: a recording section 1 which moves an inkjet recording head 10 for ejecting ultraviolet curable ink, in main scanning directions (X1 and X2), thereby recording on a sheet-like recording medium S; a recording conveyance section 2 for conveying the recording medium S in a sub scanning direction (Y); a fixing section 3 which moves an ultraviolet light irradiation section 30 in the main scanning directions (X1 and X2), the ultraviolet light irradiation section 30 irradiating the ultraviolet curable ink with ultraviolet light thereby curing the ultraviolet curable ink, and which fixes the ultraviolet curable ink to the recording medium S as a result; and a fixing conveyance section 4 disposed adjacent to the downstream side of the recording conveyance section 2 in its conveying direction (sub scanning direction (Y)), which conveys the recording medium S in the sub scanning direction (Y).
