PURPOSE: A device and a method for dropping liquid crystal are provided to drop liquid crystal drop according to movement of liquid dropping means about a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A first moving unit(200) moves a stage to horizontal direction. At least one liquid crystal dropping unit(300) drops liquid crystal on a substrate(10). A second moving means(400) moves the liquid crystal dropping means to horizontal direction. A dropping control unit(500) control the time of liquid dropping of the liquid crystal dropping means according to the movement of liquid crystal dropping about the substrate by the first and the second moving means.
