PURPOSE: A method and a system for providing an advertisement using both exposure time and the number of clicks are provided to expose an advertisement until a predetermined guaranteed exposure time and a predetermined guaranteed click number are satisfied, thereby enabling an advertiser to guarantee an exposure time and a click number. CONSTITUTION: A predetermined guaranteed exposure time and a predetermined guaranteed click number are checked(S201). An advertisement is exposed for longer than the guaranteed exposure time until the guaranteed click number is generated. A sale theoretical price is determined based on the guaranteed exposure time and the guaranteed click number(S202). The selling price is determined based on the sale theoretical price(S203). An advertisement of an advertiser who buys an advertisement product with the selling price is checked as an advertisement to be exposed(S204).
