PURPOSE: An apparatus for providing an integrated software platform and an operating method thereof are provided to convert the information provided from each kind of software into the format commonly recognizable by different kinds of softwares so that the softwares of different formats may be correctively managed. CONSTITUTION: If an information reception unit(101) receives detail information required for a second software from a first software, a common-information conversion unit(102) converts the detail information into the common information recognizable by the first and second softwares. An information transmission unit(103) transmits the common information to the second software. The common-information conversion unit stores the information on the format and API(Application Program Interface) of the detail information.
