DIFFERENTIALLY EXPRESSED PNRT2 GENES IN MOUNTAIN WILD GINSENG AND MOUNTAIN CULTIVATED WILD GINSENG AND DISCRIMINATION METHOD OF WILD GINSENG USING THE SAME

摘要

PURPOSE: A gene which is specifically expressed in natural wild ginseng and mountain ginseng is provided to use as a marker for distinguishing wild ginseng. CONSTITUTION: A gene pNRT2 which is specifically expressed in natural wild ginseng and mountain ginseng has a nucleic acid of sequence number 1. A method for distinguishing wild ginseng comprises: a step of performing RT-PCR using a sample; and a step of confirming detection of pNRT2 gene from the sample. The detection of RT-PCR product is performed by electrophoresis in 2% of agarose gel.
