PURPOSE: An indoor unit for an air conditioner is provided to simplify a filter replacement work by turning a front panel forward and fixing the turned front panel. CONSTITUTION: An indoor unit for an air conditioner comprises a main body, a heat exchanger, a front panel(2), and a connecting part(41). An inlet is formed on the front surface of the main body and outlets are formed in both sides and the bottom side of the main body. The heat exchanger is installed inside the main body and heat-exchanges the indoor air with a refrigerant. The front panel is movably installed on the front surface of the main body and can be turned. The connecting part has a main body coupling part and a panel coupling part. The main body coupling part is connected to the main body. The panel coupling part is rotatably connected to the front panel. |
