PURPOSE: An ACF(Anisotropic Conductive Film) bonding device and a bonding method using the same are provided to improve an ACF adhesion by preventing the curling of a protective film when the protective film is stripped. CONSTITUTION: A lifting unit is arranged in a linear transfer device. A rotation motion feed unit(20) is arranged on the lifting unit to supply an ACF adhesive film. A linear motion drawing unit is arranged on the lift unit to be positioned on one side of the rotation motion feed unit and draws out the ACF adhesive film supplied from the rotation motion feed unit. A cutting unit(50) is arranged on the lifting unit to be located under a buffer unit(40) and cuts the ACF adhesive film drawn out from the linear motion drawing unit. An adhesive unit(60) adheres the ACF on a board. A stripping unit strips release paper from the ACF adhered on the board.
