PURPOSE: A liquefied gas charging apparatus is provided to prevent air pollution by minimizing the generation of evaporation gas while charging liquefied gas. CONSTITUTION: A liquefied gas charging apparatus comprises a primary heat exchanger, a secondary heat exchanger(V200), a detection sensor(200), and an integral controller. The primary heat exchanger heat-exchanges the liquefied gas of the storage tank(100) supplied from pumps(P101,P102) in a saturation state. The secondary heat exchanger secondly heat-exchanges the liquefied gas heat-exchanged firstly by the primary heat exchanger to make the liquefied gas have a saturation state. The detection sensor is supplied to a charging vehicle through the pumps. The detection sensor detects the pressure, the flow rate and the temperature of the liquefied gas, and the water level of the storage tank, and the operation states of the pumps. The integral controller controls the flow of the liquefied gas and the supply level of the liquefied gas. A first supply pipe(110) and a circulating pipe(120) are arranged in the storage tank. The liquefied gas is supplied to the first supply pipe when the pumps are operated. The liquefied gas passing through the primary heat exchanger is circulated through the circulating pipe.
