MACROVOID FREE HOLLOW FIBER MEMBRANE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THREROF

PURPOSE: A hollow fiber membrane without macropores and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent lifespan degradation of a separation membrane and degradation of mechanical intensity by controlling the macropores by adjusting a spinning condition. CONSTITUTION: A hollow fiber membrane includes macropores of 0-20/μm^2 on the cross section of the hollow fiber membrane. An external diameter of the hollow fiber is 0.4-5.0 mm and an inner diameter is 0.1-4.8mm. The hollow fiber membrane has pore volume of 20% or more. The oxygen permeability under 1 air pressure condition is 10-150,000LMH(L/m^2 h). A manufacturing method of the hollow fiber membrane includes the following steps: manufacturing a spinning solution by dissolving polymer resin and an additive; discharging the spinning solution to a nonsolvent; and winding the spinning solution with a winding speed of 10m/minutes or more.
