INDUCTORLESS SOFT SWITCHED DC-DC CONVERTER

PURPOSE: A DC-DC converter is provided to transfers energy to a secondary load by turning a switch on/off in diagonal direction. CONSTITUTION: The switching unit(10) comprises a plurality of switches. The switching unit is complementary on/off by a DC power of a power source and a control signal inputted to a gate. A high frequency transformation unit(30) boosts the voltage inputted to the switching unit. An auxiliary capacitor(20) is serially connected between the switching unit and the high frequency transformation unit. A rectifying unit(40) rectify a boosted voltage by the switching unit and the high frequency transformation unit. The switching unit comprises the first switching leg having first to fourth MOSFET and a second switching leg having the second and third MOSFET.
