摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing abietadiene, a precursor of abietic acid contained as a main ingredient of rosin so that the abietic acid can more relatively easily and quickly be obtained than by a method for collecting the abietic acid from a tree such as pine, and to provide a transformed plant, a recombinant vector, and an agrobacterium, used for the same. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided the recombinant vector obtained by binding a polynucleotide encoding an abietadiene synthesis activity-having polypeptide to a vector for plant transformation; the agrobacterium into which the recombinant vector is introduced; a transformed vine woody plant cell into which a polynucleotide encoding the abietadiene synthesis activity-having polypeptide is introduced; a transformed plant comprising the transformed vine woody plant cells; and a method for producing the abietadiene comprises collecting the abietadiene from the transformed vine woody plant cells or the transformed plant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
