<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display board to be used by, in particular, being mounted on a wire net fence, pole fence, pole or block that can serve as a weight, which can easily be attached or detached by anybody, with the respective mounting portions therefor, in addition, not exposed onto the front surface of the display board. <P>SOLUTION: The display board with a mounting portion not exposed to its front surface, to solve the problem, is constituted by: forming a plurality of cut lines having such shapes as a channel shape, U-letter shape, V-letter shape, all having one side left open, on a plate having flexibility; further preparing penetrated holes inside these cut lines, thereby making this flexible plate serve as a mounting portion; while attaching a plate or sheet or both having also flexibility to the front surface of the plate so that a display portion can be formed.
