摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a power source switching circuit has a large scale in a conventional semiconductor apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor apparatus with a plurality of switching cells has: a switching transistor that controls a conduction state of a global power source wiring and a local power source wiring depending on a control signal; and a delay circuit that delays the control signal to communicate to the switching transistor connected to the latter part. The semiconductor apparatus also has: a chain part that receives the control signal from exterior, communicates the control signal by the delay circuit connected in series, and sequentially conducts the switching transistor; and a tree part to which the control signal is given via the switching cell arranged in the last stage of the chain part, and which distributes the control signal to a plurality of lines by the delay circuit connected in parallel and makes the switching transistor conductive in parallel by the distributed control signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
