PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stopper structure which is arranged in better appearance for stopping the forward-fall rotation of a seatback on the way. SOLUTION: This vehicular seat 1 is provided for stopping the forward-fall rotation of the seatback 2 on the way at a forward tilting position or laying it down to a full fall-down position. A seat cushion 3 is linked to the seat back 2, and a front link 5 is linked to the seat cushion 3 via a base frame 4. The seat cushion 3 sinks down to the lower side in linkage with the forward-fall rotation of the seatback 2 while involving the fall-down rotation of the front link 5. On a link section between the front link 5 and the base frame 4, the stopper structure 40 is provided for locking the rotating movement of the front link 5 to stop the forward-fall rotation of the seatback 2 on the way at the forward tilting position.
