<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning tool with an attachable and detachable structure with which a holding device is mounted to a wiping device supporting a wiping member with sufficient holding force, and is inserted and removed with a single touch, and which has resistance to deformation caused by long time use, has a simple structure, and manufactured inexpensively. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A loop portion 20 inserted into a wiping body 30 includes an elastic body 21. In insertion, a side surface 33 of a bag shaped part 31 of the wiping body 30 is brought into press-contact and bent, thereby fixing the wiping body 30 to the loop portion 20. When the wiping body 30 is separated from the loop portion 20, the elastic body 21 returns the shape of the loop portion 20 to the original shape before insertion, so that the permanent deformation of the loop portion 20 is prevented.
