<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working vehicle suspension structure which includes a hydraulic cylinder and an accumulator, the hydraulic cylinder being operated as a suspension mechanism for travelling wheels, for suppressing the telescopic operation of the hydraulic cylinder when on-off valves provided in an oil path connecting the hydraulic cylinder to the accumulator are operated into opened conditions. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When the on-off valves 13, 14 are operated from closed conditions into opened conditions, operating oil is supplied to the hydraulic cylinder 7 or discharged from the hydraulic cylinder 7 so that the hydraulic cylinder 7 is operated to the side of a preset reference position.
