PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of determining whether or not a voltage converter is normally operating or not. SOLUTION: The voltage converter, an output voltage VH and an input voltage VL match each other when an upper arm of the voltage converter is ON. When the upper arm of the voltage converter is ON (YES in S100), a control unit detects a VH sensor value (a detection value of a voltage sensor that detects the output voltage VH) and a VL sensor value (a detection value of a voltage sensor that detects the input voltage VL) (S102), calculates the ratio of the VH sensor value to the VL sensor value as a correction coefficient K (S104), and stores the correction coefficient K as a relative error of each voltage sensor (S106). In determining a failure of a voltage conversion system, the control unit corrects the upper and lower threshold values for determining a failure of the voltage converter based on the correction coefficient K when the correction coefficient K is stored.
