<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw fastening apparatus which screws an external thread with a plate-like member even when the thickness of the plate-like member is less than the pitch of the external thread. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A plate part 40b formed of a metal plate has a thickness less than the pitch of the external thread, which becomes a fastening means. On the plate part 40b, a circular hole 44c and a cutout part 44d of a U shape are also formed as an internal thread part 44 in a circular plate 44b corresponding to the upper base of roughly trapezoidal shape in cross section.
