<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wear sensing device and a disc brake equipped with the device unlikely to be influenced by the disturbing noise and allowing a user to acknowledge certainly the wear warning sound emitted by the device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The wear sensing device 4 includes a pair of brake pads 1 arranged confronting each other with a disc rotor 20 interposed and a plurality of wear sensors 5 and 6 installed on at least either of the pads 1, wherein each wear sensor keeps one end equipped with a mounting part 7 secured to a back plate 2 of the brake pad 1, the other end a forefront part 51/61 extended across the thickness of the brake pad 1, and the space between the mounting part and the forefront part a resonance part 52/62, whereby the forefront parts of the wear sensors 5 and 6 contact with the side face of the disc rotor 20 to result in emission of the wear warning sound when a lining material 3 of the brake pads 1 is worn, wherein the plurality of wear sensors 5 and 6 are arranged so that the spacings between their forefront parts 51 and 61 and the disc brake side face are the same and arranged as having different natural frequencies.
